Lake Trip

A few weekends ago we headed up to the lake to get some fishing in before Tim's surgery. 

It was a beautiful day. A tad chilly but it warmed up.

Scooter was looking forward to this trip because he got to go fishing with the guys. 

He LOVES to fish!

Baby A just likes being at the lake, taking it all in. 

While the guys were out fishing, we stayed back enjoying the day. 

The kids love to throw rocks in the lake and explore. 

When the guys came back, they fished from the marina for a little bit. Baby A loved playing with the bait (minnows). YUCK! 

Rascal cares nothing about fishing but he loved playing with the bait too.

This boys is growing up so fast. I can't even get over how much he is maturing. 

We only stayed one night and then headed back home. We made the best of the time we were there and even though no fish were caught we had a blast and these pictures of the kids on the way home prove it. 

We are all looking forward to warmer temps and fun on the water this summer.
