Baby A's party

Baby A has a new love for frogs. She LOVES to catch them outside and when you ask her what her favorite animal is, she tells you "A frog!"

So she wanted a frog themed party this year. HA, that is not an easy theme to decorate for.
I went with the colors green and pink.

I had these stuffed frogs sitting out here and there.

The little frogs peeking out of the "lily pad" are bath toys that swim in the water.

Favors for the kids

I was pleased with the way it all turned out being it took some creativity to decorate for it.

Gift time:

Rascal got her a pair of silver mary jane shoes

I love her expression on her face when she opened his gift.

Scooter got her a pair of cowboy boots. She really wanted red but I bought her brown. I know she will wear them with EVERYTHING and I figured brown would match more. Needless to say she was a tad disappointed they weren't red

She got a beautiful Elsa (ice princess) dress for her to dress up in, from her Uncle Michael and Aunt Peggy

A fun Barefoot book from Uncle Matt, Aunt Ashlee, Levi and Jett

A keyboard from Uncle Jonathan

New bedding for her room, from mom and dad
(she wasn't too impressed with this gift but I wanted to get her something practical, lol)

A guitar from Granny and Paw and some Legos

Both Lou and Maw gave her money and we had a fun girl's day spending it (more on that in another post)

Nanny and Papaw got her a new bike and she has already put some miles on that thing.

Cake and ice cream time!!

The boys left on a fun trip right after the party and once everyone was gone we spent some one on one time with Baby A. We got out all her gifts and tried them all out.

Her new bedding on her bed (it isn't really blue but more teal, the lighting is bad in this picture)

Spinning in her new Elsa dress

She took her new baby doll for a ride in her new bike the next day

And had some great daddy daughter time building with her new legos.

And just as I expected, she is ready to wear her boots with everything.... including shorts.
