A Fancy Date

Baby A had been asking her daddy to go on a "fancy" date. 

She wanted to dress up in fancy clothes and go somewhere fancy to eat. 

So a few weeks ago, Tim surprised Baby A one Friday night. He came home from work and told her to get ready because he was taking her on a date.  She had been not feeling 100% that day (stuffy nose and sneezing) but once she heard this, she miraculously felt better ;) 

All dressed up and ready to go to dinner at Macaroni Grill 

She was so excited, I only wish I could have captured her excitement in pictures. 

I can honestly say I don't think I have ever seen her this excited before. 

They took Tim's truck and that is a huge treat. 

She loves riding in the truck! 

For dinner they had fried macaroni bites as an appetizer and then she had Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo for dinner. Tim had grilled salmon for his dinner. Fancy indeed!

Tim was so AWESOME and took pictures because he knew I would want to blog about it. 

Tim texted me this conversation (above) and I cracked up laughing.

 He said she kept him laughing all night and she NEVER once stopped talking. 

After dinner they were trying to decide what to do next. She told him that she would love it if they could go bowling. He secretly called ahead to make sure there was an open lane and then surprised her once they got there. 

They bowled in fancy clothes! 

After bowling they headed back home but not before stopping and getting dessert at Yogurt Isle. The place was packed with no open seats so they got their frozen yogurt and ate it sitting in his truck. There was quite a mess made in his truck by a certain little girl but it didn't seem to bother Tim. 

They were gone for a good 3 and a half hours and when they got home she was on cloud nine!!! 

It thrills me so much to see Tim spoil his little girl.
