On Memorial day this year we celebrated Scooter's 11th birthday with Tim's family. While lunch was being prepared the kids played out back in the sprinkler. They had a blast.
After lunch Scooter opened his gifts. He got some money, nike elite socks (the "cool" socks to wear right now), some books, an itunes gift card and a piece of a meteorite that hit the earth in Russia.
We had ribs for lunch that day and we weren't the only ones that enjoyed them:
If you look closely you will notice bbq sauce in Lucy's hair. While we were all in the living room watching Scooter opening gifts, she was in the kitchen chowing down on a rib that was left in her reach.
We headed home and the kids enjoyed a push-up and played outside.
