Spring Break Part 2

On Wednesday of the kids spring break we woke up to REALLY cool temps but we bundled up once again and headed to the Botanic Gardens.

Baby A asked for Elsa braids (from the movie Frozen) and had her purse packed full and her baby ready to go.

We got there shortly after they opened and that coupled with the cold temps made it where we had the whole place to ourselves.

Our Botanic Garden has a really cool kids area that we basically spend all our time at. We bought a membership this time so we plan to visit it quite often this summer.

The Music House

Can you spot Rascal in the loft window??

The Fairy Tale House

Oh sweet Rascal, He still takes such good care of his sister.

And he is such a goof ball!

The Bird Tree House

The Chicken Coup

The Worm Hill with tunnels

Dress up the scarecrow

Here is a video of them playing the percussion:

Thursday I thought it was going to rain but it turned out to be gorgeous so we made last minute plans to picnic at the park with friends and ended up staying there for a good 3 hours or more.

Friday we stayed home and the kids got ready to head to Granny's and spend the night so I could have date night with Tim for my birthday. It was the perfect way to end a perfect week.
Now we count down the weeks until summer break when we can do more of this kind of stuff!
Less than six weeks to go!
