Spring Break part 1

Last week the boys were on spring break. I really had wished for better (warmer) weather but we bundled up and made the best of it anyways. 

On the first day we headed to the zoo. One thing nice about the cooler temps was there wasn't very many people there. 

  

These  two are inseparable most of the time.

I know I have said it so much lately but Scooter is growing up so much. Not just in his height but he is maturing a lot and I really noticed it during this trip to the zoo. While Rascal and Baby A ran up ahead to see the next exhibit, Scooter walked beside me talking to me the entire time. He is my pal and it may be hard to see him grow up but I love that he loves to talk to his mom right now. 

We made it to the reptile house right as the keeper chat started. We all leaned about this Chuckwalla and then got to pet it. I even touched it!! It was gross!

The second day we were going to stay at home and watch movies. Well stupid me rented movies at a redbox that was 30 min away from our house. So we made the best of it and bundled up again and headed to a park near the redbox we needed to pick the movies up at. The kids LOVED having the giant playground to themselves and ran and played for hours. 

Lunchtime came and we headed home to eat and watch the movie Frozen. The boys had seen it already but Baby A had not. Here is a video of her reaction to it:

I think you can say she is a fan of the movie (and so am I).
