The other day I made up a batch of homemade croutons from my homemade whole wheat bread. The kids and Tim LOVED them! It was so easy and so yummy that we now have them around for snacks each week. I'll have the recipe on my recipe blog soon.
If you think about it, keep Tim in your prayers. Bless his heart, he has struggled with ear trouble since October. He has lost hearing in one ear and we thought it was due to ear infections and mrsa but once that was all cleared up and his hearing wasn't back we knew it was something else. We found out from a CT scan last week that he has a cyst behind his ear drum that will need to be surgically removed. We go today to meet with the surgeon and schedule the surgery. We are hoping to get it done soon so we can get it all behind us and he can regain his hearing again
