A week ago, our friend stopped by with 4 new pets he had just got:
These ducklings were 6 weeks old and just as sweet as can be.
(There is only three in this pictures because he was holding the other one...below)
We had never touched let alone held a duck before.
It took some persuading but my kids finally held one. Rascal was very hesitant and waited a while before holding one. I didn't get a picture of him holding it.
Henry was very curious about the loud quacks and stayed close to check it out. We had to keep our eye on him for sure.
It's safe to say this animal lover is wanting to add some poultry (duck or chickens) to my list of pets now.
I was so jealous to see this! ha! You know me and animals! :) What a great experience for the kiddos! I think it's so funny Henry is right there but doesn't seem concerned with the ducks at all. ha!
