New things

It seems Baby A has started a bunch of new things all of a sudden and I wanted to post them so I can have them to remember later on.

~ Apparently the pretending phase has started.  The other day I was getting her ready to go pick up the boys and she had her hands clinched tight and kept saying "I take it with". I couldn't figure out what she was wanting to take with us so I asked her and she told me "THIS(while holding up her clinched fist)!!" I asked what it was and she said "snack", I pryed open her hands to see what she just might be eating and was surprised to find nothing at all. I looked at her and she smiled so big and said "I tending momma" (I'm pretending). 
I have also found her sitting in the laundry basket making car sounds and pretending she was driving. 
She is all the time pretending to water her flowers in her playhouse and she always plays mommy to her dolls. I love to see their little imaginations.

~ She has started trying to style her doll's hair and put hair bows in their hair. I LOVE IT!! Of course 9 times out of 10 we have to take a doll with us when we are running errands.

~ Baby A is coming out of her shy phase and is a social butterfly. Especially around other children. She doesn't have to know them but she will walk right over to them and start jabbering away.

~ Baby A loves to sit in my lap and watch tv. She gets all nestled in and will sit like this for a good 30 min. If I am not sitting down forget it, she will not sit still and will follow me around the house saying "momma sit now".

~ Baby A is really into make-up and she will try to be sneaky and go through my purse or bathroom drawer to find my make-up. We are in big trouble already!

~ Baby A recently started singing. She started doing this on her birthday. She walked around the house all day long singing happy birthday to herself. It was the cutest thing EVER! Now she will wake up from her nap and start humming her made up song, she wants Tim to sing "Jesus Loves Me" at night, she likes to sit in my lap and sing "Itsy Bitsy Spider" to me, she sings the theme songs to the cartoons on tv (cat in the hat and mickey mouse clubhouse are her favorite).

~ Along that same line, I should probably call her my parrot. She mimics everyone a lot right now. She even mimics the tone. She sees me set the boys food out and she yells to the top of her lungs "BOYS COME EAT!" or if the boys are fighting she marches over to them and says "STOP IT!"
Her favorite thing to say (and I haven't the slightest clue where she got it from) right now is "I LOVE IT"! But she says it in the deepest lowest voice possible and it cracks us all up!

She is such a joy to be around and always keeps us laughing.
