We are still here......

...... posts on this blog have been few and far between lately. There are tons of reasons... spring break, birthdays, beautiful days spent doing yard work, Easter and now I am sick. I rarely get sick...like NEVER...but it finally hit me and I am really not sure what is wrong. I went to the doctor today and we ruled out kidney stones, kidney infection, UTI, bladder infection, and appendix problems. So that means I either have a spleen issue, a gallbladder issue or a really severe weird stomach virus causing a lot of pain. If I still feel this bad tomorrow, I will head to get a cat scan and more tests run. I am praying that I wake up feeling awesome and don't have to worry about it.

In the mean time I plan to post all about these things soon (yes, this is a list so I don't forget what I want to blog about)
~ My big 30th birthday
~Spring Break (Chuck E Cheese and lots of yard makeovers)
~ Daniel's field trip last week (that was a memorable one for sure)
~ Baby A update (she is up to so much and changing every day)
~ Easter
~ catch-up recipes on my recipe blog
~and at least a few random blogs with pictures from my phone
On to some randomness....
We got our 1/2 a cow the middle of march and we are loving it! The meat is so much more tastier than the stuff we bought in the grocery store and we are stocked for quite some time:

Rascal was character kid at his school in March. Below is a picture I took of what his teacher had to say about him:

I told you we have been outside lots enjoying this beautiful weather. The boys are really into playing hide and seek right now and play all the time. This one night Baby A was watching them play and when Rascal went to count she went over to the tree with him and start babbling. Thankfully I was quick and snapped a picture of the moment with my phone. It appears she was counting too.

Look how big and grown up she is getting! I think she looks so much like me.

I bought her a new swim suit (it's smocked with whales and adorable) and it just so happened that it was warm outside one day and she got to wear it while I washed the van. She looks tall and thin in this picture!
